The likely reasons for this error are as follows:

  1. Browser Version - The Med-IQ site supports Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, and Safari for MAC as browsers. A problem could occur when using old versions of these browsers. Since these browsers can be downloaded for free, we ask that you keep reasonably current with them.

  2. Caching/Timing Out - For your convenience, we use client, cookie and session variables to temporarily and permanently store information you provide while visiting clinical.med-iq.com. There may be a conflict with the information you provided and it is possible that you will need to clear your cache. Go to Tools -> Internet Options -> Delete Cookies and/or Delete Files, this will clear your cache but be warned that this will also remove stored data from other sites that you have visited.
  3. Site Updates or Server Issue - If this is the issue, there is nothing you could have done to cause the problem. In most cases, this issue will be resolved within a few minutes. Wait 5 minutes and try again.
